By booking a service with BFPorches, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Limited Availability – Due to the seasonal nature of our services, appointment spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Service Range - At this time we can only service St. Charles, St. Peter’s, Ofallon, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, and Chesterfield, Missouri.
Payment Policy – Full payment is required prior to the scheduled service date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
No Refunds – All sales are final. Because of limited seasonal availability, BFPorches does not offer refunds or credits for cancellations.
Decor Layout – The final layout and styling of décor may vary based on the size, shape, and layout of your porch. Adjustments are made at the discretion of BFPorches to ensure a safe, cohesive design.
Damage & Theft Disclaimer – BFPorches is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or weather-related wear to any décor after installation is complete. Homeowners are responsible for monitoring and securing their decorations once installed.
Rescheduling – In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, BFPorches reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
Social Media & Advertising – BFPorches may photograph and/or video your decorated porch for marketing, portfolio, or social media use. Identifiable information such as your address or house number will not be shown.
